Lovyca is a startup offering home repairs with an innovative concept that is one of most people's pains. In the application, the user can hire professionals in electrical, hydraulic, IT, locksmithing, among others.
CHALLENGE
I was hired to work on the project still in its initial phase, there were 4 partners with different expertise forming a multidisciplinary team to be able to launch the product in record time.
At the time there were some uncertainties, the name of the company was one of the few certainties we had. In addition to acting as UI/UX, there was also an opportunity to collaborate with the business model, bringing a more commercial vision to the product.
SOLUTION
With the business model well designed, I moved on to the technical phase. A great deal of market research and competitors that deserved our look were carefully evaluated. We did some ceremonies with potential users (both client and professional), and the first decision was to separate into two applications, one for each type of user.
I designed the user experience for a very familiar line, to reduce the learning curve, increasing the number of users, reducing possible complaints and directly impacting billing with the recurrence of calls.
RESULTS
Top score on app stores with 40,000+ downloads in 1 month.
More than 2 thousand trusted providers registered in the base.
